Assign everyone to a fireteam at the start of the round.

If someone in your squad needs something marked then they can pass FTL around without needing you to do it for them.

Build HABs BEHIND enemy lines

Rounds usually last well over 30 minutes. Take the extra 3 minutes to do a wide flank and setup a HAB behind the enemy where they won't expect it. Tell your squad not to shoot unless they've been seen, and sneak into the objective. Usually you'll have almost no resistance, will stumble onto the enemy HAB on your way in, and the HAB you just setup can be used to attack the next objective leading to a steamroll. This is particularly effective strategy on Chora if you know the sneaky flank routes.

Assume nobody is going to defend

90% of SLs have ADD and refuse to stay behind to defend once they capture an objective. "Hurr durr there are no enemies here right now so we'll just start moving towards the next objective". Assume this is going to happen for every objective you capture.

Do you have a spawn point ready for the next objective? OK then you're going for a steamroll, get your guys to start spawning there as soon as the current attack objective has gone neutral.

No spawn point there? Guess what, you're now defending. Feel free to grab a logi to setup HAB for the next point (for some reason no other SLs want to do this), but only take 1 guy with you. Leave the rest of your squad to defend then come back and help them once you've got the HAB up.
