Protech level iv armor piercing threat rated plates. They are nij certified and in excellent condition with the original plastic wrap still on them. They are recently expired (date of manufacture July/2018) and as such are no longer covered by manufacturer warranty. As such I am selling for the expressed purpose as a training aid and buyer assumes all liability associated. Their condition is like new. $140 shipped. PayPal ff only
