Actually, in terms of Twitch/Youtube, Pokemon cards are worse than gambling given the age groups involved (mostly kids) because gambling has an age restriction whereas you can be 8 and buy $10000 in cards with mom's credit card. A casino won't let a kid inside. An online shop with Pokemon cards though? Oh, you can buy a billion packs if you want to, in search of that lucrative expensive card.

TCG Cards and lootboxes and other stuff of that nature is just as bad as gambling at a blackjack table. It's still money spent in search of something rare/expensive. Except in one case, there is no age restriction...so even kids can get hooked on it. They may have no income, but mom has a credit card.

Addictions to both are bad, you should play card games cause you like them, not cause you want to make money off it. And with casinos, going to vegas once in a while and losing a few hundred bucks isn't a big deal, but people going with the intent to make money weekly, relying on that for income, that's bad.
