I watch multiple streamers on NoPixel and the day they opened the new server I watched a lot of the police perspectives. It became clear pretty quickly that they tailored the server for X. They took out the things that he complained about and ultimately made him do things to get banned on the whitelisted server. The police were encouraged to half ass their work and not only did they let criminals get away with crimes directly in front of them they also aided them in some crimes. They were told to not even write reports. Since X was one of the few experienced criminals on the server his rise to the top came at light speed just the way he likes it.
