Y1 of Destiny is coming to an end. Lets talk about our biggest mistakes, funniest and most embarrassing moments, and biggest regrets. I'll start.

All my friends got to lvl 30 through the Raid gear. I'm level 29, and all i need are the gauntlets for my titan. The Dark Below comes out, I complete the Raid on my lvl 29 Titan after 5 hours, without looking up how to do it online. I was carried and I hated it, with all my friends being lvl 30. Nonetheless, we finish it and go through VoG. What do I get at the Oracles? The fucking gauntlets. I don't know whether to feel happy or insanely pissed off. Of course, my friends are in hysterics.

Another time that particularly sticks to my head was an attempt on Crota's End on HM. We'd done it twice before, so It should be easier. For some reason im in a particularly unhappy mood and doing this Raid was something that DEFINITELY didn't help. Anyway, we're firing rockets at Crota from the left hand side (this was before we realized about the middle, behind the glass technique). I say to all my friends 'don't stand in front of me, im firing rockets, if you have rockets, go to the front, Icebreakers at back'. I fire a rocket. BOOM, I die, we have to wipe. I absolutely lose my shit as I find out my friend who stood in front of me had an Icebreaker. Usually, if someone snaps in our group, we snap back, have a bit of an argument, then we shut up and get on with it. I'm normally quite calm when playing games (other than Halo, my god do I rage), but on this one occasion, I don't think I've raged so hard in my life. The mic goes dead. I finish my rant and about 30 seconds later, we start speaking again. It doesn't sound bad or hilarious, but this just sticks out because usually there would be some kind of banter back at the person raging, but this time, It went completely dead and when I speak to my friends about funny things that have happened while playing Destiny, it's a constant crowd pleaser.

... sorry for the essay
