I lost interest in bleach when they went to Mexico for many many years of chapter releases and when the stupid anime fucked up the continuity so badly that characters that have never met in the manga are best friends in the anime, and when they butchered the entirety of prepping to go to Mexico with anime original mod soul characters just shitting all over the plot and making it about them while they cut all the actual characters’ moments and stories. God the bleach anime is the worst manga adaptation I’ve ever seen. And Mexico took so long I abandoned the manga after Ishida, my favorite character, fought that weird big girl and turned his arrow into a sword.

Like what the actual fuck was Tite Kubo thinking when he wrote it? Shounen Jump magazine actually told him to hurry the fuck up and end it because they didn’t want to feature it anymore in Weekly Shounen Jump and he just shat out the worst ending imaginable which I did read for closure.

I am however excited to see where the newly announced anime will take the series. Hopefully it can fix everything wrong with the original and flesh out the ending so it actually means something. Like make it the ending that Kubo ACTUALLY wanted to write.

I’m sorry for being so hostile, I just can’t stand bleach after being a longtime fan.
