"for publishing a video". Not "for visiting a beach". I do not see him being arrested for visiting the beach. And that's what I am talking about -- he should be arrested for visiting the beach, but he wasn't. He was arrested for posting the video.

Show me one arrest for being outside, for being on the beach, for running. Not for spreading the word that "going outside is okay". Obviously, going outside is not okay, and people should stay at home. I would welcome a law, which will prohibit such activities for the time being. But at the moment there is none. Thus we have to rely on the average person mind and being a good person in general, and not doing stupid things.
