I was young, ignorant and didn't do my due diligence

If you read every answer carefully, everyone is recommending you outsource this problem and pay people to fix it for you. Unfortunately this will fail, and nine of these people operate a successful business at scale.

Nobody will care about your business as much as you do. You are the owner and you need to figure out a way to solve this problem yourself. If you rely on others, you've already failed.

What I would do personally is cut expenses and fire everyone. I did this during the pandemic and it worked well. We are now growing 10x faster than before, less dead weight.

Next you need to build up your clientele on a 1-1 level. Stop paying for ads, and start calling people, meeting people in person at their workplace.. you need boots on the ground. And then you need to do the work and do a great job.

Honestly, I think you're pretty fucked, but who knows.
