Yunnan Sourcing extremely late shipments?

The delivery period is not a material term of your contract with YS.

It is with the payment processors.

There's no reason to think that he's just going to keep your money and never provide your tea.

You must have missed the days of this with the 5 month limit for claims that somehow went unmentioned in any of the materials where people were told to "just wait."

6mo is a long time, but there's an explanation for it. They should be giving you that explanation. Where is your package? What tanker is it on? When did it leave port? When is it scheduled to arrive? What local carrier will pick it up from the port? It's reasonable for you to ask this information. If they're not providing it, then they aren't acting in good faith (in my opinion--not legal advice) and you should insist on a refund.

That's what people are doing.

If your package is instead lost, then that's a whole other problem. Refer to YS's terms of sale.

No. Refer to your payment processor. If you're still chasing down your order after 6 months and the vendor is not actively trying to resolve the situation, call your payment processor.
