It's mainly because hes been

1) click baiting (which wouldn't be so bad if the video wasn't minimum of 10 min averaging 24 min)

2) spamming and milking the content and making like 4 very similar videos or turning very simple events that can be summed up in 10 min or less into a 5 or 6 part series with them being like 20 minutes long for no reason

3) stretching the video out like granny's pantyhose for those 10 20 30 minute milestone and bombarding it with ads. (just to add in case you don't know, hitting certain marks like 10 min mark gives you more ad revenues than not hitting them.) plus, the way he stretches it annoys many people, as he repeats same word or sentence like 50 times and say thank you every time in between.

He doesn't do patreon though.
