Read through the last few pages in this thread (they are more recent). You're a minority, but frankly speaking, you're not the right type of minority to be able to necessarily expect a call back with grades at median from a T14. 1L SA positions tend to be slightly more holistic depending on the firm. So your work experience, leadership experience, and your general narrative can help you out. What I'm seeing in this thread though is non-urm minorities in the top 10% at T14s not hearing back.
