thats the type of place id love if i was still a drinker but like hey congrats u mightve shut down another sweet bar. u couldnt have just gone down the road to an atm that doesnt have fees? your mates werent even there yet what was stopping u? not everyone relies on paywave like u do soooooo many ppl still engage in a cash only economy in melbourne its really not that unreasonable for a business to prefer cash its really annoying but it doesnt inconvenience everyone like u think it does. they shouldnt have served u 4-8 drinks in an hour (although when i think about it ive willfully done that before when i was younger, less responsible and more resilient) and you didnt deserve to be treated like that and i hope u never do again. drinking in the city is a nightmare but in my opinion and experience sometimes u gotta sacrifice luxuries and amenities like technology for the shitty grimy cheap dive u wana have ur fun after work drinks at.
