The Demonologist quick drunk review: this is phasmophobia in unreal engine with higher production values. the perfect marriage of mechanics you can complete while the lobes of your brain handling spatial perception have shut down, and unbelievably funny indie jank where your titties clip through your shirt, your pants are climbing up your asshole, and sometimes a bunch of severed baby doll heads come out of the ceiling. jumpscares are higher class than phasmo but still extremely fun (i actually got got and i am notoriously difficult to jumpscare). one person in my group did a Dramatic Reading of an in-game note and we got booted from the lobby on the final sentence.

in short: the liberal agenda is ass out and full of ghosts.

if you have friends to play with, it is a fantastic party game. recommend
