I've considered what people want when they visit Big Bear. We have a Jacuzzi, fireplace, 5000sqft Private sledding Slope, firepit, outside sitting area with a hammock and hangingchairs, bbq, observation, deck with a bean bag to star gaze, and ebikes all inclided with the rental.

I dont think the location matters to gamers and people who like with watch TV and listen to music. Will they avoid renting a place that has an 85" TV because it's jn the mountains?

I'm doing short video clips on a tablet and website along with laminated cards for how to guides. I've been waiting to update the media and profile for the snow to finish melting as we change to the new seasons feature set. There was 5' of snow a month ago that wasn't ideal timing for launching a new str.
