Happy to get away with cheating? I don’t think that’s a fair phrase to throw around with Kamila. She’s been groomed and manipulated by likely every adult in her life. And is being praised by her country and supported by them right now. So obviously she doesn’t feel bad right now. She is not going to realize the weight of what is happening until she is older/ at least home and has time to process everything instead of just being in a closed off environment with no one but her awful coaches advising her to wait and telling her she deserves to skate and is innocent. Maybe she does never come out and admit it was wrong but I would be surprised if that doesn’t happen when she’s much older. I just think we need to reserve our judgements until she’s older and give her a chance to break free from abusive coaching before we say she’s happy to be cheating when likely doesn’t even know she was doped at this point.
