Reasons this is fake: if he died from hemorrhage, there's no discernable location. If it was internal, the only good location besides a brain bleed is in the abdomen and there are no signs that indicate he has a bleed there. There is no evidence of trauma to the head directly. No one dies with their eyes that well shut unless they were asleep. He is positioned against gravity and should have fallen out if left like that. He is a "weird amount naked", it's rare to find someone in the middle of the day in just boxers like that. He most likely took off his clothes for the bloody effects. The compartment damage to his side suggests a roll over. And the intrusion morphology would have actually protected him. Since he has no seat belt signs, the only way he could actually be dead is if he was an unrestrained passenger thrown all about in the car. Otherwise... I'm sceptical.
