This is very late. But the gif was actually of a 14 year old Japanese streamer. Her streams contained normal things like singing, playing piano, and talking. But she also did risky things like running across roads with cars going at high speeds, and standing at the edge of very high buildings. She lived a normal life and had good friends. No one she knew was aware of her streams. The reason for the suicide is considered to be for fame. As in a previous stream she said that she would do it to become a legend. A lot of comments said stuff like “do it” and “I bet you won’t” although there were a few saying “please don’t!” And “you can become a legend another way!”. She then live-streamed her suicide. It’s very sad that a young life was taken for internet fame. This all happened around 2012 pretty sure.
