To be fair... Seems that Mare Jivari might be a very important location in the game.
The reported lore we have about that place is that is so devoid of wind and life and even more, the conditions are too harsh to make anything survive. I feel that it might be the hardest place on the game and the difficult spike would be bigger than Inazuma's one.
Also, what Nahida says is important... She mentions that she can't reach that place. It might imply that said place might be a one without any Archon's domain.
The environment might be not only very hot... But without wind ... What if the gliders are useless in said place?
And remembering Stanley's story... He (which real name is Hans) and the OG Stanley went to the center of that place but OG Stanley died there. The details of what happened there are unknown. That is making the story more interesting. But the most important thing from said story is ... They reaches the center of Mare Jivari, but what they found on there?
And there is Bennett. I was to leave him out of this, but...
I saw this ascension line from him: "Wow, check out all this power! How can I repay you, though? Hmm... Oh yeah! I know this Domain where there's a priceless treasure hidden somewhere inside! Let's go hit it up!"... That made me think .. Where is said domain? Definately sus.
Then there is his origin which despite it openly contradicts the Mare Jivari lore... but seeing his hangout, it is shown that there are weather changes when he tries to do something (in this case gliding), but when he goes away the weather changes in matter of seconds. It leaves Paimon impressed. That made me think... What if... When he was rescued as a baby, ALL those weather present in the place he was rescued were... His doing? And the real reason why he is abandoned is not that he is useless, but is a danger to the rest?
And returning to Mare Jivari ... The topic of said place might be initially death. Maybe characters related to said topic like Hu Tao might be involved
