What rights do men have that women don’t have?

Abortion was legal up until a few months ago, so what was the main inequality that women were dealing with? Discrimination? In what way? They have passed men in education and the job market. Recently the average woman’s salary is beginning to grow larger than mens when looking at younger people under 30, and the wage gap is very misleading since women are paid exactly the same as their male counterparts in most jobs. It isn’t until it is a career position that the income difference begins, and that has a lot to do with natural competition in the work place and not as much discrimination as some people like to claim. To be honest I have not seen a single reply on this thread besides abortion and very vague references to discrimination, meanwhile intentional and public discrimination against men is basically encouraged as some form of lowering men so that women are considered higher.

Truly, define for me and the people who are genuinely curious, what exactly is the discrimination or unfair rights going on? Bc I see lots of women in positions of power and the ones that aren’t are just not seeking it, and you can’t make general statements like more men are CEO’s when most women don’t want stuff like that. Truly, how are women being held back? Bc I only see systemic help for them to do better over the last 20 years
