Me when I say I like izak anywhere besides the sub.
Like seriously he's attacked from the start for not instantly believing/trusting her. But
1) it's an arranged marriage. He has never met her. Saying he's obligated to trust her from the start is ridiculous especially because of
2) her father is the Pope..who is on terrible terms with izaks family. Probably have a festival if izaks house was wiped out. And the FL is believes to be his "beloved daughter". Everyone would be super suspicious of her from the start.
3) she breaks down randomly and starts going "dont kill me. Please if you hit me just don't do it fatally. He-hwre! Here's a whip, just don't please hit me hard". He's just like "wtf is going on?" Why? BECAUSE EVERYONE IN THE WORLD THINKS SHES THE PAMPERED DAUGHTER OF THE POPE. He tries to get close to her and she breaks down more. So he logicality decides "well if I go towards her, I trigger her. So I should back off and leave"
4) he punished everyone who speaks bad or frames her. Regardless of their position or relationship to him.
