Active shooter at Subaru Indiana Automotive (SIA) in Lafayette

Be my 3rd year at SIA, and it's sort if surprising. Sort of not, I know a few people who have had harassment cases they had to take to HR and SIA seems to drop the ball or try to ignore the issue with things like that. One of my coworkers has been dealing with a stalker both in and out of work that runs one of the fork trucks and she's been trying to at least get him off the fork truck since they keep restricting him from taking routes in her area but he keeps making his way over to her area on his own and their response pretty much was "well we can't move him due to manning issues so you'll have to deal with it", and to top it off the dude was already on strike 3 before he started messing with her. I wouldn't be suprised if something was already brought up to HR by someone and nothing was done, and I've heard rumors from multiple people that someone did take photos and report him to security of him supposedly with the gun in his car however nothing was done about it. It's rumor at this point but given other experiences I wouldn't be suprised if it was true. Generally people are pretty close and friendly within their teams otherwise, I mean there is drama and it's about as bad as being in highschool again in some aspects but before this the closest incident to this I've been witness to was a coworker decking someone on his way out the door on his last day that owed him a bunch of money I guess and the dude told him to pound sand when he asked for it back.
