Advice Wanted

This, when i bought my home i never realized how important location was. I knew what town i wanted to live in but had no idea how important the neighborhood would be to me.

i lucked out, dead end road. when kids came i was walking distance to four parks, two grocery stores, the beach, and two bars & a brewer. And this year i started riding my bike to work, this was a game changer for me.

after experiencing all of this i realized the location is what counts. My house is tiny with one bath but i don't care we can make it work. We have a big yard anyways and my mom was raised in a home the size of mine with like 8or9 sisters and 3 or 4 brothers with no running water so if they can tuff that out my house is enough loll.
