I gave 6 instances where government just gave themselves raises. I could have found 600. Not just raises but far out pacing inflation. Inflation grows at 2% so your 4% made up number is BS. Minimum wage is 7.25

Minimum wage hasn't increased for over 10 years so where is the 4% increase per year? If that was the case we would expect to see an increase to 11.5$. Of course you will claim that many people get paid 11$/hr so it actually works all out.

Not only does their salaries get increased but their pensions also get increased which then balloon after a decade or so which should be factored in to any pay raises.
