Sorry I’m replying late and it’s kinda over with but I still wanna reply. The only reason I asked him to do something physical was bc I just thought it was an upset stomach bc he wasn’t used to the type of food he ate. He’s done that in the past like one time he visited home and went out with a few friends and the went to a bar and he drank alcohol and ate a ton of fried food apparently and came home super nauseous. He didn’t throw up that time but I kinda thought this was the same deal. Like it’s not unusual for him to forget his body can’t handle that. So I thought moving around and doing stuff wasn’t a terrible idea. But I talked with him and obviously he ended up throwing up multiple times so it was more than just a slightly upset stomach. But I realize now how I was wrong
