I assume your streaming involves Plex or a similar application so I included a more powerful CPU. Also increased the RAM so that you won't be cramped if you run Windows.
For a basic setup I suggest using a pair of 6TB drives in RAID 1. The small SSD is for the OS and applications while the media goes on the array.
I left the power supply but you might want to consider a more efficient unit if this build will be on 24/7. Depends on your electricity costs. Calculate the savings of a Gold or Platinum unit over the warranty length, usually 5 years.
