Am I Biased? Round 3

This whole arguement that Bayern and Juve "cherry pick" is one of the laziest arguments i constantly hear on this subreddit, its the lazy equivalent of saying a team lost because of "mentality".

People look at the Premier League as this competetive league, ONLY becuase of the so called "Big Six" and becuase of all the money they use to buy foreign talent. Since the early 2000s, Arsenal, Chelsea, United and Liverpool have been "big" teams, from then to now. Then City came in, like Chelsea, since they are only "big" from their fuel of money, and then Spurs came in from mostly building a good team that grew to be better. So what happened to the Seria As "Big Four" and the Bundesligas "big four"? Im not looking for 6 good teams from Italy or Germany because Chelsea and City dont count , no team in Germany or Italy is going to get a shit ton of money like these 2 teams, so im only looking for realistically, 4 teams that would make Germanys and Italys, "Big 4".

So, if you can properly explain in detail why Germany and Italy dont have a "Big Four" that would make their leagues competitive, and you can prove to me that the leagues are poor only becuase of "cherry picking", then you my friend, are completely unbiased, becuase answering that wouldnt be as lazy as simply accusing Bayern and Juve of "cherry picking" and moving on
