amazing accomplishment.

This is just my personal opinion but the mentality of "everything should be fair" and "Im entitled to" really has hurt the younger generations. People feel the world should bend at their will and that if something requires work or dedication it isn't fair. You hear it all the time whether it be someone saying "why is it fair that an engineer makes 100K+ while the average walmart employee makes minimum wage" and all I can think of is because of hard work and dedication for that person to become an engineer.

We do live in a world where instant gratification is such commonplace that many activities and society are reconstructing themselves around the idea of instant gratification. Look at how school use games to teach kids.
