How do you do things???

Well feeling depressed and seeing how shit my life was is and then realsing that I want to improve stuff is the reason I quit gaming in the first place so in don't think that's the reason here.

I do go on walks from time to time (did one 3 days ago) and I went for a run yesterday but that doesn't make me do the things I want to do during the day. I usually write out a plan for the day but end up not executing on it or just partially so. I just lay there in bed thinking "fuck it I'll do ... now" but then I don't get up. Really weird.... And after a while I'll pick up a book. Maybe I'll just have to wait for it to get better since I still do stuff but just very little...?
