Why not both?

Your main argument is that people should learn to control themselves. This is not a well founded argument. As time has shown again and again: There are those you only have the option of NO or YES to gaming. Or in simpler words YES or NO to suffer from an addiction. So moderation will not work for a lot of people.

The "negative attitude" we voice as a sub towards gaming is founded in our very bad experiences with gaming and that we are honest to ourselves that we are addicts. We say gaming is bad because it did impact our lives in a very bad way, sometimes even catastrophically. If it works for you with moderation and you were able to reach your goals that you set for your own life. Congrats on this. But it is bluntly just arrogant to compare yourself with others and redeem them as weak. As a thought: Maybe you are the week one because you need gaming in your life to fill the void because you have nothing else to fill it with. Talking about negative attitude while using double standards is not a good way to create a good argument.

In the end I find it weird that you come here with a fresh account to create doubt in people that are fighting with themselves while in the same moment showing of and even recognizing it yourself that you do. While trying to be diplomatic and confusing at the same time.

You must be a very sad person or "very" successful person if you need to do this to ramp up your dopamine. By coming here you cause harm instead of doing something productive like at least putting in the work to use some line breaks to make your post more readable.
