All of it is in bad faith. The simple unavoidable truth is they simply don't give a shit if children die because they think their right to brainlessly horde weapons in preparation for some insane civil war scenario is more important then other people's right to existence. I'm literally seeing them come out now and say "worth it".

They're not even pretending gun control doesn't work because it observably does. If anybody tries to argue about that they are actually trying to convince themselves, because this is not a debate anymore then the existence of gravity is a debate.

We need to stop acting like objective truth doesn't exist. The swine don't deserve our pearls.
