Anxiety

Literally just the video in autoplay (at least for me) was about facing fear. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CSV5KJqSlFY

I didn't fully watch it, but the thing at the start is enough, you don't become 'less anxious', you become braver, become prepared, become aware.

Why the fuck would you constantly be in that state, it makes you age, you'd just be stressing your mind out, you shouldn't fill up your current perception with shit that just gives you anxiety because you feel there's nothing you could do about it, that's just retarded.

There's probably stuff out there that has a higher chance at killing you than something you might be scared of, you might only find out about it in the moment it kills you, does that mean you should constantly stress out your body and have your nervous system in a sympathetic state full of paranoia? Hey man, that will totally work out in your favor, thinking you're constantly a victim some imminent death or because somebody from the NSA may have glimpsed at your butthole (I don't like it either, but it's not a reason to be in fear all the time), wtf is that gonna help, that's not gonna help you, not gonna help me, not gonna help anybody, because by that logic, you'd have to worry about everyone and everything all the time like it'd be happening right now, who knows, maybe it will kill me, maybe it'll kill you, maybe it'll kill Jordan.

Do something about your fears, maker your voice heard if there's something that you don't like or join others who are also against it, be careful about who to join though, and of course confront what is personally bothering you also.

Also, I mean if you think you got good genes spread em, but idk wtf you're trying to say, anxiety isn't a reason to not start a family or not search for a partner, unless it makes you non functional and you couldn't have a relationship.
