Lol that shit doesn't fucking work. It's almost as if I've already wasted 15 years of my life on medication and psychotherapy that doesn't have repeatable results on clinical studies.

It's not the availability of the healthcare, it's the healthcare itself. I will fight somebody to the death before going back to some state funded shit full of incompetent staff who simply don't give a fuck. Half of my issues stem from the healthcare itself. You don't give a fucking 9 year old Ritalin to combat the caffeine and sugar his grandmother is feeding him all day. You don't give a 12 year old Prozac to combat the issues caused by giving a child drugs he didn't actually need. You don't yell at and scold an adult who's having an anxiety attack while suffering from insomnia just because you're a lazy night nurse that doesn't want to work.

I will figure this shit out myself or I will die trying. I have read plenty about mental health. More than you ever will, I assure you.
