You can sell most things in Lorville for a profit, but the long QT jump means its worse from a money/hour standpoint.

Probably the best legal trading route is olisar to daymar (kudre or arc corp) to sell med supplies, buy agricium and bounce back n' forth bewteen oli. Those are low % items but high raw profit. 1.02 credits per medical unit, 1.15 per agricium unit.

They are expensive to buy though, and its a lot of money tied up in trading run so its a high risk from crash/bug/gank perspective. But once you can fill your cargo hold, this is super profitable.
