Anyone know how to stop nightmares/night terrors? Or at least how to cope with them?

Learn how to meditate, start taking melatonin at night, and (if you can) maybe take a toke of THC before bedtime each night. THC will suppress the dream state over time and allow you to have dreamless sleep. Melatonin will make it easier to fall asleep at night and, sometimes, give you straight black sleep times. Meditation will make you more at ease with yourself, which will (when you do dream) help make you dreams less terrifying and more manageable.

I've dealt with night terrors and sleep paralysis since I was a child. It wasn't until I understood meditation and how to use the third eye (I can, at this point, blast a beam of energy from my third eye toward what is bothering me during my dream state or sleep paralysis) that I was able to really have a decent rest at night.
