Just on a quick peruse of the list

-Safe, Clean and Habitable - the fire detection system is off according to notices posted on the building. You can already smell mold even through the layer of overpowering lemon cleaner. And the building is clearly not weatherproofed as evidenced by the rainwater actively dripping all the way down to the second floor as I type this. Also looks like they gave up on trying to capture it and are just letting it leak through the insulation and down to each floor

-Privacy - Just had someone try to open my door to check on my fridge with no warning

-Maintenance of common areas - Active construction throughout the building

Idk where this fits but the breaker for my AC is just labelled "danger" so that cant be good
