Are Malaysian Indians switching to English as their first language?

Funny how, the biggest argument spewing out from those conservative ultra right wing Malays : Y U NO SPEAK MALAY EVEN AFTER LIVING IN TANAH MELAYU FOR SEVERAL HUNDRED YEARS YOU CHING CHONG COMMUNIST FEG.

LEL. It's not like Indians and Chinese don't know other languages. No matter how terrible their english is, most of them would follow through if a convo is conducted in English. This can be applied to your Malay friends around you as well.

Bahasa Malaysia is a dead language, and i would not take that back. English is the way forward. There's no shame in not knowing Malay, as long as you can nail English. I avoid speaking BM as much as possible, and i would rather stick to English it would benefit me in a long run the more i practice it.. Heck, i speak Mandarin instead of my own dialect because it's useful (though i really hate Cantonese Mandarin, sounds like utter shit).

And to the naysayers who reckon all malaysians should ABSOLUTELY speak Malay, why do you guys turn a blind eye when Bangladeshis showed up at the polling booth without speaking a word of English OR Malay. Don't throw that all Indonesian speak Indonesian shit at me, you don't know about their history boi.
