I have no interest in being responsible for and doing all/most of the domestic/mental/emotional labour in a relationship which is why I haven't lived with a man for years. Was a single mother (my son is all grown now), always worked full time and I have my own home that I put a lot of labour into myself, inside and out. I have no problem doing my fair share but can't deal with all that is expected of women in living together hetero relationships.

So I completely understand any woman who doesn't want to work all day and come home and be responsible for a man and children.

You're not a slacker, you're responding in a natural way to unfair oppressive working conditions.
