Are there any therapists who don't hypocritically insist on getting paid even though they haven't helped me?

You've tried nothing and you're all out of ideas.

I've tried many things. Do you expect me to write them all out? Would any list be long enough to convince you that I've exhausted most, if not all, of my options?

You're refusing to change because you can't know with 100% certainty if it will land you a girlfriend. That's childish. This is not how mentally stable adults think.

No, you've misunderstood me. I'm simply weighing the expected costs and benefits. It seems very unlikely, regardless of what I do, that I'll be able to enter into a relationship with a woman I enjoy being with.

You haven't defined "change" so I have nothing to refuse. It seems like you want me to do a lot of work now for just the chance of maybe getting a girlfriend in the future. I would have to make a huge sacrifice, so it would only be worth it if I'm certain it would "land" me a girlfriend. But, if you're open to putting all your eggs in a basket without much reason to think your investment will sufficiently pay off, you should give me all of your money so that I can bring you in on an exciting investment opportunity. PM me your bank info.

I think you're in dire need of a psychiatric evaluation, and since you're talking about suicide, I recommend going to the ER.

Are you in a relationship? Since you seem to think being chronically single is no reason to consider suicide, how about you break up with your spouse or partner, and show me how life is still bearable alone?

Or just keep bitching about your life on reddit while waiting for a girlfriend to fall from the sky. Good luck.

I'm always surprised by how compassionate the people of Reddit are.
