Arteta is a scapegoat.

I agree their not blindly throwing stuff at the wall, but do you not think it's a risk? In my opinion, aside from Arteta being the real mastermind behind City's success, there's nothing else you could see that means he's going to lead us to a victory path. Hypothetically, what could the board know that would mean he's ready to manage Arsenal? The fact that they think a manger who's never managed a club in his life coming in makes me think expectations for Arsenal are low. Could you imagine United firing Mourinho and hiring a coach with zero experience? Those things simply arent done at big clubs.

I could see him pulling a Neville, and I'd hate to dislike Arteta.
