Oooh, good old tiny, Rockwall county (the guy in the golf cart is from there). I used to live there. This reminded me of when the elected county judge got arrested and taken to jail for a "suspected" DWI. He got bailed out for $1000. This was in his own county, while in office! He was leaving a restaurant bar around midnight. He refused a breathalyzer test, so there was "no evidence" to charge him. But imagine... the officer actually took his own county judge to jail. He must have seemed pretty drunk for him to do that, I would assume!

We saw him drinking a beer at a restaurant later, and I so wanted to ask him if had a designated driver, but I chickened out. Best part is, he got reelected in the next election... but hey, innocent until proven guilty I guess.
