Nicola Sturgeon accused of putting UK vaccine programme in jeopardy amid transparency row over deliveries

So lack of communication between The UK government about what information could be posted by the Scottish Government is being paraded as a failure by the Scottish Government?

If a company hires someone who doesn't understand GDPR and breaches it accidently because the company never checked to see if they knew it then its the companies fault for not ensuring employees (in this comparison Devolved governments) know about what they can and can't do and although the employee made a mistake it wouldn't be their fault for not knowing something they weren't told was important or even that it exists.

TLDR It is indeed a mistake but one that was quickly fixed by Scottish Government the true blame goes to the UK Government for not informing the Scottish government over what information could be given to the public. Lack of communication is the main issue here and in terms responsibility the UK government oversees all the Devolved governments in this matter.
