What are you even talking about with this? When queues are 40m especially, that is plenty of time to do a run of anything. The players who are grinding rank and not speaking up or wanting to run dungeons just don't want to. I can think of a Shaman in the guild I'm in who is 'always busy' in-between his queues, has a dish to do that will take 20m or really anything as an excuse to not help, has never followed through on a run and I've been grinding dungeons in-between queues since the week they became 30+, he just doesn't want to run dungeons and it's obvious. The queues aren't nearly the restriction that Alliance has, they are just more personally motivated to grind their rank and selfishly only gear their character.
