Unrelated to rape but related to yelling "fire!" As a means of getting an immediate response

Early one morning I got woken up by a man across the road yelling "I'm dying!! Please, I'm dying!!" He was just this nice old man that liked to take his little dog outside and walk in the front yard with him. He needed an oxygen tank and I immediately thought that had malfunctiond or maybe he tripped. I was just about to call 911 as I was running out of the house (in my jammies) and he was in the middle of the road still yelling "please someone I'm dying!" I asked him what was wrong and if he needed the ambulance "jack ran out the door and up another street! He's too fast for me! I can't lose him!" He said through tears. may have gotten me close to a heart attack but that dog was his main company, so emotionally he probably was dying to the thought of losing his friend. Granted if he yelled "my dog!" I still would have been a similar reaction of rushing out but he knew someone was for sure going to come out if he yelled he was dying. I caught his dog and brought him back. Yell what you have to yell to get help.
