Best Chicken Wings in town?

As someone who's been to Buffalo, NY, home of the creation of the buffalo chicken wing....

Boise doesn't meet par at any restaurant including BWW. They need to be crispy, flavorful, and spicy IMO.

Bittercreek tries, but are very inconsistent with their fry time, sometimes they're crispy, sometimes they're soft in need of going back to the fryer. They claim use of anchor bar sauce (from Buffalo), but they only have that one flavor, which isn't that spicy (for me).

BWW, their sauces are acidic or too chemical in taste when you go towards the spicy end. Their boneless wings are crispy, but even in store, the bone in wings are soft and anything but crispy. Gross.

If you've been to the Anchor Bar or Duff's in Buffalo, NY, I'm more open to hearing your opinion on good wings in Boise. If not, I questions your judgement, but will probably still try because I miss good wings.

So all in all, I would love to know where the good wings are at!
