set oven/onion 375 f
1 stick Crisco
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt (or less iduntcare)
1 bag chocolate chips
2 cups oats
beat stick of crisco with two sugars until creamed
add egg, beat.
add egg, beat.
add vanilla, beat.
in another bowl add flour, baking soda, salt and sift/mix together.
add 1/3 of the dry mixture to the creamed butter/sugar/egg/vanilla mixture. Mix.
add 1/3 of the dry mixture to the creamed butter/sugar/egg/vanilla mixture. Mix.
add final 1/3 of the dry mixture to the creamed butter/sugar/egg/vanilla mixture. Mix.
Add oats & chocolate chips. Mix just enough to combine.
Using an ice cream scoop put eight cookie drops onto a cookie sheet (silpat, parchment iduntcare) and into the oven for 9 to 14 minutes depending on your crunch love.
Put the rest into tupperware and into the freezer then ate warm fresh cookies for days and day.
