Best/Worst PAX Stories of the Week (June 1st-8th)

Got a request from HollyLxxx at Lenox Mall, was parked nearby after dropping off another, she calls, I don't know why I picked up, don't usually.

Hey, I request an Uber at the mall, where do I meet you?

where do you want me to meet you?

i don't know, Macy's?

Ok, which door to Macy's?

um ..

how about the front door of the mall?

where is that?

you know, the front entrance of the mall, there is a giant sign there, it faces a hotel (i'm drawing blanks)

ask someone where the front door is, I'll met you there.

And she was right there at the door, first time rider from out of town. I pick up here, show her how to use the app, how to text

find the payment area, and promo code. she could not, i tried to look as we are driving, she has an android, i use my iphone so i don't how to navigate her phone, she's in the front seat.

anyhoo, someone at the mall told her to use Uber, and not Marta to the airport because she is from out of town carrying a Bendel's bag

the promo code is a big no no now mid ride, i know UnCounted posted something about that recently. i may have screwed myself for trying it

she asked a zillion questions about Uber, and she's has been in car business for 30 years. i said some drivers worry about equity of their car, lol.

Equity in a car? she laugh so hard and loud. took a selfie of me and her when i stopped at a light.

on the ride, she calls her credit card company, because they canceled her card because she's in Atlanta buying stuff, while being from Florida. they needed her husbands' last four of his social. how do i suppose to remember his last four? then he wouldn't answer her calls or text for the last four while credit card tech support was on line, thoughe the hubby was frantic earlier couldn't use the joint card. (he's a dumb r_dneck, we're getting a divorce lol)

i was in the shower ... finally got it, and she calls credit card, almost didn't work, had to give different phone numbers, numerous digits and addresses. the last 4 is incorrect. i'm driving and can hear all this, i said they need yours first, not his LOL

$26 fare, $20 tip
