"To better consolidate and address community questions, we'll be using @PlayHearthstone for official communications instead of CM accounts." - Zeriyah on twitter

Also, to be clear, when I say "the majority of Hearthstone players", I mean the majority of Hearthstone players. I do not mean the "majority of Hearthstone Reddit".

We collect feedback from Hearthstone related discussion platforms, such as the official forums, blogs, Reddit, social media channels, fansites, etc.

So you recognize this website as a valid source of feedback but scoff at the idea that the collective thoughts here represent a meaningful portion of your stakeholders.

Please point us in the direction of a different Hearthstone community that you gather these heuristic evaluations from.

I read the Blizzard forums. I read this subreddit. I listen to the streamers who sell and promote your game. Every one of them is telling you that this game is heading into deeply disappointing "freemium" waters but you plug your ears and talk louder and louder about the raw data being superior to user evaluation. I obviously think that you are wrong, but I might be wrong....The frustrating part about Blizzard, and I think - yourself - is you won't even consider the possibility that you are wrong.

Blizzcon, TGT, and BRM.... those are accomplishments that should purchase you goodwill from your community? Those are all paid services mate. These are god awful examples of supporting anything other than the immediate bottom-line. You posit these as if your paying customers should treat you charitably for freaking paid services, then spit in our faces when we tell you it's almost not worth the money anymore.

Also, to be clear, you just cherry picked this guy's deckslots comment and danced around the other valid points.

For instance: saying "the majority of players don't request ladder improvements" does not equate to "the majority of players don't want ladder improvements".

Out of fucking touch man.
