I asked why and they responded that they just wanted to protect my privacy because the Tag matched my first name. But I protected my privacy by stating a fake name. The GM guy says "It's fine but your Tag has been flagged and we can't do anything". I say "lol, for real? You can't unflag it or at least give me a stimpack or something". They say "no, your penalty has been reviewed and upheld".

There can't be any penalty! I did not break their naming policy or the Code of Conduct with my name! Now the Customer Support tries to tell me that all this was because of my stating of a fake name breaks the EULA. Which is true, but EULA says that minor breaches result in a warning. Not in a tag change.

So this is just their way to cover-up for them not being able to just ask about my BattleTag before blocking it. The situation is more and more absurd because the GM guy is now addressing me by my REAL FIRST NAME that they can see only in my credit card payments. Privacy protection in its finest.

I am very unhappy about this. It is not a huge deal, of course, but I feel like Blizzard doesn't appreciate all the hours and euros I have spent.
