For someone who thinks its his place dictating who should or shouldn't be working with youth, you sound dangerously ignorant on the matter. I don't even want to take the time right now to delve into how disgusting and ass backwards your arguments are... It really is appalling. As a straight, adult male who achieved the rank of Eagle and has been deeply involved in the scouting program for the last 20 years I have absolutely 0 problem with having adult leaders who sexually identify as gay, in fact I encourage it! There are thousands of gay men in the world who are morally upstanding and have leagues more to offer our next generation of scouts than you or I ever will. In the same vein, there are Hundreds of thousands of straight men who are a threat to children and wouldn't hesitate to harm your boys. The point being: we shouldn't be deciding who are allowed near our children based on sexuality and more than you should choose who should work on your car based on what kind of shoes they wear! We should choose our leaders based on integrity and moral fiber (and in your case maybe a minimum IQ) not lifestyle prejudices and ignorance. If you think that segregation, not informed policy and capable leaders, is the path to furthering our organizations goals and purpose then you are the type of person I don't want around my children. Meanwhile enjoy teaching your children that "friendly, curteous and kind" are interchangeable with "bigoted, closed minded and ignorant"..
