Tips from someone who has similar problems:

1. If he is ever eating you out and you want him to stop because it isn't working, dont just stop and literally say "it isnt working/im not there mentally" especially if you want to continue with sex. Instead initiate the changing of positions and use positive enforcement.
2. Positive reinforcement- keep saying things like it feels good, and make sure he knows exactly what feels good, and exactly what feels bad. Dont juts say "oww" or "not that", make sure he knows exactly what part of you (your literal vagina parts) doesn't like that, so he can change it up. Use your hands on his head when he is doing it. push and pull it, grab his hair, etc.
3. Maybe try initiating different positions that he can eat you out in. Face sitting, Reverse face sitting can be more comfortable for some people (69,but without the dick sucking)
4. The main thing is communication! Communication! Communication! If he cant tell that you like it he will not want to do it.
